Refund Policy

Our primary goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to all of our customers.

When you return an item, your refund amount and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, and how the item was purchased.

1. Returns

If you'd like to return/refund an item you can do so as long as it's within 15 days range of your package being marked delivered. You can start a return request by emailing us at support@indrizest.com.

1.1 Eligibility Criteria for a Return/ Refund

  1. Delayed Parcel – Orders not delivered or in-transit with more than 60 days (counting from the date of placing an order)
  1. Damaged/Defective Parcel – If you receive a damaged product, you’ll need to email the proof by attaching a picture of the damaged item with your purchase details at support@indrizest.com. IndriZest will provide a full refund if the product is received in damaged condition.

Note – All electronic items are eligible only for a replacement. Rest all general items are eligible for a refund if received in a damaged condition

  1. Wrong shipping address – The parcel will not be eligible for a return/refund in case a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer.

 

1.2 Return Process

To return an item, the product must be still in the original packaging, and undamaged. We will NOT accept items that have customer inflicted damage.

All returns must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense.  Once we receive the item and properly inspect it, we'll process your refund immediately as long as the item is still in the original condition.

2. Refunds

2.1 On Sale Products (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Once we've concluded a refund, we will refund your entire order price.  You'll receive a confirmation email once it is complete.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution. Please see the table below for more details.

In light of the evolving situation with COVID-19, returns may take up to 14 additional days to process.

For standard credit card purchases, you'll receive a refund within 3-10 business days and for PayPal transactions it should be almost instant.

3. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to us immediately at support@indrizest.com if you are unable to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time-sensitive.

The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

4. Product Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, send us an email at support@indrizest.com
